Fatal Columbia County car crash death of Gordon Carmichael – Obituary
A 15-year-old Greenbrier High School student, Gordon Carmichael, has tragically lost his life in an early morning car accident in Columbia County. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Riverwood Parkway and Amberely Drive. Major Steve Morris of the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Carmichael was reported missing by his mother before being found at the crash site. Carmichael was alone in his vehicle, which was the sole car involved in the accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
