Darrell Antoine Willis dies in fatal Conecuh County car crash
Fatal Conecuh County traffic death of Darrell Antoine Willis – Obituary.
A Saturday night vehicle accident in south Alabama resulted in the deaths of two individuals. Alabama State Troopers confirmed on Sunday that the victims were Darrell Antoine Willis, 37, from Evergreen, and Anthony Ervin-Trayron Hunter, 33, from Brewton.
The incident took place at 8:50 p.m. on Alabama 83, approximately one mile north of Evergreen in Conecuh County. Senior Trooper Kendra McKinney reported that Willis was operating a Lincoln Town Car when the vehicle veered off the road and collided with several trees.
At the time of the crash, neither victim was wearing a seatbelt and both were pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into the accident is still ongoing.
