Fatal Tracy shooting death of Wesley Bozek – Obituary.
A man has lost his life, and his wife has been taken into custody following a shooting incident in Tracy early Wednesday morning, according to local law enforcement. The incident occurred shortly after 4 a.m. on Hampshire Lane.
The victim, identified as 53-year-old Wesley Bozek, was transported to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries later, officials reported. His wife, 43-year-old Jean Miranda, has been arrested in connection with the case.
Miranda is currently held at the San Joaquin County Jail on charges of murder and the use of a firearm resulting in death or severe injury.
