Fatal Caldwell County bicycle crash death of Henry Lee Tester – Obituary
A 48-year-old cyclist, Henry Lee Tester, lost his life in a tragic accident on Thursday in Caldwell County, North Carolina.
The incident took place around 9:10 a.m. on Old Morganton Road SW, close to US 64, when a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 51-year-old Donald Ray Robinson, struck Tester as he was leaving the Gamewell Park parking lot.
Tester was not wearing reflective gear or a helmet at the time of the collision and was thrown from his bicycle. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
