Fatal Lemon Grove shooting death of Darron Willie Singleton Jr. – Obituary.
Authorities have identified the individual found shot to death in a Lemon Grove neighborhood as 23-year-old Darron Willie Singleton Jr. The tragic incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Wednesday following multiple reports of gunfire in the 2200 block of Dain Court.
Upon arriving at the scene, deputies initiated lifesaving measures until paramedics took over. Unfortunately, Singleton Jr. later died from his injuries.
The Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy, revealing that the cause of death was homicide due to multiple gunshot wounds. Homicide investigators are actively seeking details surrounding the circumstances of Singleton Jr.’s death, but no suspects have been identified at this time.
