A tragic incident occurred on Saturday night in Greer, where a young woman lost her life after a vehicle accident. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office reported that the crash took place around 9 p.m. on September 21, at the intersection of Country Club Road and Burnett Drive.
Authorities indicated that a Chevrolet Express van was heading east on Country Club Road when it veered off the road and collided with a tree. The woman, who was seated in the front passenger position, was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Monday, the coroner’s office confirmed the deceased as 18-year-old Carla Paola Milla-Milla. At the time of the accident, she was not wearing a seat belt. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
