Fatal Gene Snyder car crash death of Stephen Coleman – Obituary.
The man who lost his life in a car accident on the Gene Snyder on Tuesday night has been identified as 25-year-old Stephen Coleman. Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) received multiple reports of a reckless driver heading north in the southbound lanes of the Gene Snyder near Stonestreet at around 10:15 p.m. Shortly thereafter, they received another call reporting a head-on collision involving that driver.
Coleman was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two occupants of his vehicle are currently in critical condition at the hospital. The driver responsible for the wrong-way incident was the sole occupant of their vehicle and is also reported to be in critical condition.
