Fatal Colwich car crash death of Joseph Clementi – Obituary
The Kansas Highway Patrol has identified 34-year-old Joseph Clementi, a Wichita resident, as the victim of a fatal crash that occurred Monday morning near Colwich.
The accident took place around 6 a.m. near the intersection of K-96 and 151st Street West. According to the crash report, a 2024 Kentworth Tractor-Semi was stopped at a stop sign facing south when Clementi, driving a 2000 GMC G1500 van westbound on K-96, veered off the road for unknown reasons, entered the median, and collided with the semi’s trailer.
Clementi died at the scene, while the driver of the semi was unharmed.
