Fatal Portsmouth shooting death of Michael Thomas Marshall – Obituary
Michael Thomas Marshall, 53, was fatally shot in a series of violent incidents that unfolded in Portsmouth, Virginia, early Sunday morning. Police reported that they are investigating four separate shootings that left two individuals dead and several others injured within a span of three hours.
The first shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Lancer Drive, where officers discovered Marshall suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
About an hour later, police found 33-year-old Michael Livermon shot in the 2300 block of Elliott Avenue. Medics also declared him dead at the scene.
Shortly after, officers responded to a lounge in the 1100 block of London Boulevard, where a woman had been shot and two others were injured after being struck by a vehicle fleeing the scene. All three victims were transported to
