Fatal Northwich murder death of David Eaton – Obituary
David Eaton, a 37-year-old man from Northwich, was fatally injured during a disturbance on Brook Lane, Rudheath, on Saturday, September 28. Emergency services responded to the scene at around 3:35 p.m. and discovered Eaton with serious injuries. Despite the efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the location.
Following the incident, police arrested Matthew Higgins, 35, who lived on Brook Lane. He has been charged with murder and assaulting an emergency worker and is currently remanded in custody. Higgins is set to appear before Chester Magistrates’ Court on October 1. A 41-year-old woman arrested in connection with the incident has been released on conditional bail.
