Fatal Riverside County incident death of Todd Osborne – Obituary.
Todd Osborne, 48, has been identified as the possible victim of a hit-and-run incident in Desert Hot Springs. His body was discovered on the sidewalk along Palm Drive, just south of Beacon Way. The coroner’s office indicated that he sustained injuries on Palm Drive.
The body was found during a crash investigation around 7 a.m. on Sunday at 19255 Palm Drive, near the intersection of Palm and 20th Avenue. The exact timing of Osborne’s injuries and death remains under investigation.
During the police inquiry, the northbound lanes of Palm Drive were temporarily closed but were reopened by 9:25 a.m. The California Highway Patrol is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident.
