Authorities have identified the individual who tragically died after being struck by a vehicle in Silver Spring last Thursday. The victim, 57-year-old Victor Perez, was pronounced dead at a local hospital following the incident.
The Montgomery County Police Department reported that the accident occurred at the intersection of East Franklin Avenue and Seminole Street, involving a Honda CR-V and Perez. Emergency responders arrived at the scene after receiving reports of the crash and found Perez suffering from life-threatening injuries.
