Fatal Toronto stabbing death of Dushi Lakshmanan – Obituary
Toronto Police have released the names of both the suspect and the victim in a fatal stabbing that occurred on Sunday.
Officers responded to a call just before 5 p.m. in the area of Ellesmere Road and Orton Park Road, where a man was attacked with a sharp object. Unfortunately, the victim, identified as 54-year-old Dushi Lakshmanan of Toronto, was declared dead at the scene.
Police have arrested and charged 50-year-old Ragulan Lakshmanan, also from Toronto, with second-degree murder. Authorities confirmed that the victim and the accused are brothers.
