Robert Starkey dies in fatal Harrison County, West Virginia motorcycle crash
Fatal Harrison County motorcycle crash death of Robert Starkey – Obituary.
Robert Starkey, a 30-year-old resident of Mount Clare, West Virginia, was killed in a motorcycle accident early Saturday morning. The crash occurred on Mount Clare Road, where deputies from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department discovered Starkey deceased at the scene at around 2:28 a.m.
