Serge Panier dies in fatal Tamarac pedestrian accident
Fatal Tamarac pedestrian accident death of Serge Panier – Obituary.
Authorities have reported that Serge Panier, a 59-year-old resident of Lake Worth, was killed after being struck by two vehicles in Tamarac early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred around 6 a.m. at the intersection of West McNab Road and Northwest 70th Avenue, as Panier was attempting to cross the street.
Officials stated that he was initially hit by a BMW 325 CI, which caused him to fall to the ground. Shortly thereafter, he was struck by a second vehicle, believed to be a pickup truck. While the driver of the BMW remained at the scene, the driver of the second vehicle fled. Emergency personnel pronounced Panier dead at the scene, and traffic homicide detectives are actively investigating the incident.
