Timothy Vetitoe dies in fatal South Nashville crash
Fatal South Nashville crash death of Timothy Vetitoe – Obituary.
In a tragic two-car collision on Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Old Hickory Boulevard and Barnes Road, Timothy Vetitoe, 47, of Nashville, lost his life. Preliminary investigations indicate that Vetitoe was driving a Nissan Altima southbound on Old Hickory Boulevard at a high speed when he ran a stop sign at Barnes Road, colliding with a Dodge Dart traveling east.
The impact caused Vetitoe’s vehicle to veer into a field, roll over, and land on its driver’s side. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident and was pronounced dead at the scene. The 26-year-old driver of the Dodge Dart sustained only minor injuries.
