Judith Fox-Hernandez dies in fatal Aberdeen hit-and-run

Authorities have reported that a 58-year-old woman, Judith Fox-Hernandez, succumbed to her injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run vehicle in Aberdeen last month. The incident occurred on September 4 at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Second Street.
Fox-Hernandez was discovered lying in the road just before 7:25 p.m. and was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where she later passed away on Sunday. The police have not yet made any arrests and are actively searching for the driver involved in the incident.
Described as a married mother of two, Fox-Hernandez was a flight attendant and an animal lover, according to her online obituary. She was also the youngest of nine siblings.
