Tributes have been paid to Paul Tillett, a 56-year-old man who tragically lost his life following an incident at a flat in Strawberry Dale, Harrogate, on September 29. North Yorkshire Police announced that two individuals have been charged with murder in connection with the attack.
His family expressed their grief in a heartfelt statement, describing him as a “much-loved” son, father, brother, and uncle who will be deeply missed. They stated, “You will never be forgotten. Sleep tight, we love you.”
Paul’s daughter reflected on the profound loss, saying, “My dad’s life ended way too soon… I’ll forever miss him, and I hold him close to my heart.”
The two accused individuals are scheduled to appear in York Magistrates’ Court today. Additionally, a third man who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released on bail.
