Fatal Temple traffic accident deaths of Robert Groh and Gustavo Rodriguez, Jr. – Obituary.
Robert Groh, 66, from Lorena, and Gustavo Rodriguez, Jr., 38, from Belton, were identified as the two victims of a tragic head-on collision in Temple, Texas. The accident occurred on Monday, September 30, around 4:14 p.m. in the 21000 block of SE H.K. Dodgen Loop.
According to police, one of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to a hospital but later passed away. Justice of the Peace Larry Wilkey confirmed the second fatality after the individual arrived at the hospital.
The Temple Police Department’s Traffic Unit conducted an investigation, which led to the area being closed for several hours. Authorities are asking anyone with additional information about the crash to contact the Temple Police Department or Bell County Crime Stoppers.
