The investigation began when Montreal police looked into their disappearance, which had raised concerns. First responders were alerted shortly after midnight to the vehicle parked in a commercial lot on Pascal-Gagnon Street. Despite efforts to revive them, both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene. Montreal police have categorized the deaths as suspicious and are actively pursuing leads.
