Fatal Honolulu accident death of Consorcia Cristobal – Obituary
Consorcia Cristobal, a 75-year-old parking lot attendant from Honolulu, has been identified as the victim of a tragic accident at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center. The incident occurred on Friday around 4:30 p.m., when Cristobal was struck by a vehicle while standing near the hospital’s parking garage.
The driver, a 51-year-old woman, was attempting to make a left turn out of the parking structure when the collision happened. Following the incident, Cristobal was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries shortly thereafter.
Authorities indicated that speed, drugs, and alcohol were not contributing factors to the accident, and the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is ongoing. This incident marks Oahu’s second non-traffic fatality of the year.
