Fatal Southeast DC shooting death of Antonio Kojesus Riley – Obituary
The Metropolitan Police Department has identified 44-year-old Antonio Kojesus Riley as the man killed in a double shooting that occurred on Wednesday in Southeast Washington, D.C. The incident unfolded just before 11:45 a.m. on the 2300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue when officers responded to reports of gunfire and discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital, where Riley later succumbed to his injuries. As of Friday, the other man involved in the shooting is still being treated for critical injuries.
