Fatal Leesburg motel death of Benjamin Musselwhite – Obituary
Benjamin Musselwhite, 51, of Cordele, was found dead on October 24 at the Fairfax Motel in Leesburg, Georgia, following an apparent homicide. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and identified Musselwhite’s death, which has since led to a murder charge.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has named Collier King, 27, of Leesburg, as the primary suspect. King has been charged with aggravated assault, felony murder, malice murder, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony. He is currently held at the Lee County Jail.
