Fatal Norfolk stabbing death of Brandon M. Rhodes – Obituary
On the afternoon of October 25, 2024, Brandon M. Rhodes, a 35-year-old Norfolk resident, was fatally stabbed near the Tinee Giant store on Sewells Point Road. Police received an emergency call around 4:00 p.m. and found Rhodes suffering from critical injuries. He was transported to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his wounds.
Following an investigation, officers arrested 52-year-old Archie L. Jones of Norfolk at the scene. Jones now faces a second-degree murder charge and is being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
