Fatal Jackson County crash death of Catlin Donnelly – Obituary.
Authorities in Jackson County, Wisconsin, have identified the victim of a fatal crash that occurred on Monday night as 36-year-old Catlin Donnelly from Melrose. According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Donnelly was involved in a rear-end collision with a large grain truck on State Highway 108.
Donnelly was reportedly returning home from flag football practice with his son when the accident happened. Rescuers arrived at the scene to find Donnelly deceased, while another individual in the vehicle was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries.
In a show of support for the family, a “Pass The Helmet” donation drive is set to take place at games in West Salem, with contributions aimed at assisting the family during this difficult time. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
