Fatal Chicago drive-by shooting death of Edher Yaioluna – Obituary.
In the early hours following midnight, a drive-by shooting at Belmont Harbor on Chicago’s North Side resulted in one death and one injury. The incident took place in the parking lot located in the 3500 block of North Belmont Harbor Drive in the Lakeview neighborhood.
According to the Chicago Police Department, two 22-year-old men were standing in the parking area when a dark SUV approached them and an occupant opened fire, hitting both individuals. Edher Yaioluna sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim suffered wounds to his left arm and chest and was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
