Amber Marie Cloutier dies in fatal Cass County car crash
Fatal Cass County car accident claims the life of Amber Marie Cloutier – Obituary
Amber Marie Cloutier, a 31-year-old woman from Wadena, Minnesota, was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Friday, October 25, on Highway 210 in Cass County. The Minnesota State Patrol reported that the crash took place at approximately 10:58 a.m. near Milepost 114 in Sylvan Township, west of Baxter.
Cloutier, who was driving a Chevy Monte Carlo eastbound on Seacryville Road Southwest, entered Highway 210 and collided with a Hyundai Elantra driven by 56-year-old Leesa Jean Peacock of Motley. Following the impact, both vehicles came to a stop in the south ditch along Highway 210.
According to the State Patrol, Cloutier was not wearing a seat belt and succumbed to her injuries at the scene. Peacock was transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office, and North Ambulance assisted with the incident.
