Police have identified 18-year-old Zackay Reiken as the victim in a fatal shooting that took place in south Charlotte. The incident occurred near midnight on James Blakeney Avenue close to Rea Road, where officers responded to reports of a vehicle accident with injuries. Upon arrival, they found Reiken in a car with a gunshot wound, and paramedics declared him dead at the scene.
