Fatal Boerne accident death of Roger Waid, Patricia Waid, and Blake Waid – Obituary
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has reported that three individuals tragically lost their lives in a head-on collision near Boerne on October 29. The victims have been identified as Roger Louis Waid, 53, Patricia Ann Waid, 50, and their 14-year-old son, Blake Lynn Waid.
The fatal crash occurred in the 500 block of State Highway 46 West when a Ford F-250 collided with a Toyota Corolla, in which the Waid family was traveling. All three family members were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the Ford F-250, a 58-year-old man, sustained injuries and was transported to University Hospital for treatment. Further details about the incident have not been disclosed, and the investigation is ongoing.
