Francoise Parmentier, an 88-year-old resident of Northwest D.C., tragically passed away following a vehicle accident in the area. The incident took place on October 24 at around 1 a.m. when she was driving north on the 1800 block of Foxhall Road.
According to police reports, Parmentier struck the curb, lost control of her vehicle, and subsequently collided with a tree. She was transported to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries on October 30.
