The Oconee County Coroner identified the victim of a deadly two-vehicle crash that occurred on Monday morning in Seneca, South Carolina. Dennis Jeffery Green, a 71-year-old Seneca resident, passed away at 12:25 p.m. at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital after being involved in a collision on Wells Highway near Singing Pines Road.
The crash was reported at 7:20 a.m., and authorities confirmed that Green suffered a cardiac arrest at the scene. He was initially taken by ambulance to Oconee Memorial Hospital before being transferred to Greenville Memorial, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The incident is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
