Victoria Frias dies in fatal Houston pedestrian crash
Fatal Houston pedestrian crash death of Victoria Frias – Obituary
Victoria Frias, 25, was struck and killed by a Chevrolet Corvette on Friday, November 9, 2024, while walking on the Beltway 8 service road. Police say she was distracted by her phone when the incident occurred just before 4:30 a.m.
The driver of the Corvette remained at the scene and was questioned but was not impaired. Emergency responders pronounced Frias dead upon arrival. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
