Fatal Owings Mills pedestrian crash death of Brandon Coby – Obituary

A 24-year-old man, Brandon Coby, tragically lost his life after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Owings Mills Boulevard in Baltimore County. The incident occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. on November 8th near the intersection of Owings Mills Boulevard and I-795. According to police, Coby was attempting to cross the busy roadway when he was hit by a 2013 Ford Explorer. The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene following the collision.

Emergency responders transported Coby to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. No charges have been filed against the driver, and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
