Fatal Dean car crash death of Brian Wayne Wilson – Obituary
Brian Wayne Wilson, a 54-year-old resident of Petrolia, lost his life in a multi-vehicle accident Monday afternoon on Highway 79, about five miles northeast of Dean. The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) reports that Wilson had been stopped behind a 2012 Dodge Ram while waiting for a school bus to finish unloading children when his 2014 Chevrolet Cruze was struck from behind by a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado.
The impact pushed Wilson’s vehicle into the Dodge Ram ahead, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Sergeant Gutierrez with Texas DPS confirmed that the investigation into the tragic crash is still ongoing.
