Alexandro Guardado dies in fatal Las Vegas crash on I-215 near Airport Connector road
Fatal Las Vegas crash death of Alexandro Guardado – Obituary
Alexandro Guardado, 31, of Las Vegas, tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle collision on Interstate 215 early Wednesday morning. The incident occurred near the Airport Connector road at around 3 a.m., according to Nevada State Police.
Authorities report that Guardado was driving eastbound on I-215, approaching the northbound SR 171 off-ramp in the far-left lane, when he lost control of his vehicle. The car began spinning clockwise, crossing multiple lanes before veering off the roadway and striking a pole.
Emergency responders pronounced Guardado dead at the scene.
The Nevada State Police Highway Patrol – Traffic Homicide Unit is investigating the crash. Officials noted that Clark County has experienced an 11.28% increase in fatal crashes compared to the same period last year. The Southern Command unit has already investigated 65 fatal accidents leading to 73 deaths this year.
