Devonte Crosby dies in fatal Syracuse, New York stabbing
Fatal Syracuse, New York stabbing death of Devonte Crosby – Obituary
Devonte Crosby, 31, of Syracuse, was fatally stabbed Wednesday morning at a residence on Oswego Street, according to Syracuse police. The incident occurred on November 13, 2024.
Authorities reported that officers were called to 610 Oswego Street at approximately 6:56 a.m., where they discovered Crosby with a stab wound to the torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrested Tyler Kilmer, 29, of Auburn, at the location. Kilmer now faces charges of first-degree manslaughter and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was taken to the Onondaga County Justice Center and is scheduled for arraignment in CAP court on Thursday.
