Amir Clark dies in fatal Rochester shooting – Obituary
Rochester, NY (November 26, 2024) – Amir Clark, 20, of Greece, was shot and killed on Rau Street, near Helen Barrett Montgomery School No. 50, in a suspected targeted incident.
Police responded to the scene around 4 p.m. after receiving a report of a person lying in the street. Upon arrival, they found Clark suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Despite efforts by bystanders and emergency responders to save his life, Clark was declared dead at the scene. Authorities believe the shooting resulted from an altercation involving Clark, though the motive remains unclear.
