Fabian Ignacio Castaneda dies in fatal 7th Standard Road crash
Fatal Bakersfield accident claims the life of Fabian Ignacio Castaneda, 19 – Obituary.
On September 28, Fabian Ignacio Castaneda, a 19-year-old resident of Bakersfield, was tragically killed while pushing his disabled car on 7th Standard Road near Heath Road. The Kern County coroner reported that the incident occurred around 12:05 a.m.
According to Bakersfield police, Castaneda was struck from behind by an eastbound vehicle while attempting to push his broken-down car into the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the second vehicle remained at the site of the crash and cooperated with authorities. Investigators confirmed that neither drugs nor alcohol were contributing factors in the collision.
