Fatal Cleveland industrial accident death of Grzegorz Sychla – Obituary
Grzegorz Sychla, 58, tragically lost his life in an industrial accident at the Cargill Salt mine in Cleveland’s Flats on Wednesday, November 27. The accident occurred around 6:10 p.m. at the facility located at 2400 Ships Channel.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified Sychla as a Broadview Heights resident. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the cause of the accident.
