What You’ll Need

Step-By-Step Guide
1. Find the Instagram Video
Open the Instagram app or visit instagram.com and go to the video you want to download. It can be a regular post, Reel, IGTV clip, or other video content.
2. Copy the Video Link
Tap the three dots (⋯) near the post — usually at the top right on mobile or under the post on web — and select “Copy Link.” This copies the video’s URL to your clipboard.
3. Open the FastDL Website
Go to https://fastdl.app/en2 in your browser. FastDL works through your browser online — you don’t need to download any apps or create an account.
4. Paste the Instagram Link
In the FastDL page’s input field, paste the Instagram video URL you copied.
On phones: Tap and hold the field → Paste.
On computers: Right-click → Paste or press Ctrl/Cmd + V.
5. Click “Download”
