Fatal Santa Barbara County motorcycle crash death of Otoniel Diaz – Obituary

Otoniel Diaz, a 22-year-old from Goleta, tragically lost his life in a motorcycle crash on Highway 154 in Santa Barbara County on November 29th. The accident occurred just before 5 a.m. near East Camino Cielo when Diaz collided with a guardrail. He was declared dead at the scene.

 

The crash led to the temporary closure of both lanes of the highway as California Highway Patrol officers worked to direct traffic around the area. The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
