Bradley C. Clayton, a 51-year-old resident of Cabot, was killed in a tragic two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning in Lonoke County. According to preliminary reports, Clayton was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic northbound on Arkansas Highway 89 when the vehicle veered across the center line and collided head-on with a 2013 Peterbilt truck traveling south. Clayton was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred around 9:38 a.m. His death marks the 531st fatality on Arkansas highways this year. The incident is under investigation.
