The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified 59-year-old Donna Lestourgeon as the woman whose body was discovered along a greenway in San Antonio on Tuesday morning.
A passerby spotted her body near FM 78 and Woodlake Parkway at around 10 a.m. and notified authorities. Police confirmed Lestourgeon was deceased upon their arrival. She was found unclothed, though personal items were located nearby.
The San Antonio Police Department stated that the circumstances of her death are currently under investigation, with no immediate determination of cause.
