Fatal State Highway 1 crash death of Jacob “Pudding” Coady – Obituary
Jacob “Pudding” Coady, 30, from Hastings, tragically died in a motorcycle crash on State Highway 1 over the weekend. Coady, a member of the Bay MC, was well-known in his community.
The crash also left another rider, believed to be the president of the Sulphur City MCC in Rotorua, in critical condition and fighting for his life in the hospital. A previous fatality in the crash was Lesley Brooks, 46, a mother of three and member of the Manawatū Road Pirates SMC. Authorities are still investigating the incident.
