Fatal Saginaw shooting death of Julian L. Arroyo – Obituary
Julian L. Arroyo, a 33-year-old local business owner, was tragically killed in a shooting in Saginaw early on the morning of Saturday, December 7. Police responded to a call around 6:30 a.m. on Delaware Street, where they found Arroyo suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Arroyo, the owner of Mid-Michigan Lawn & Maintenance Control, is remembered by investigators and the community. No arrests have been made, and authorities have not released further details about the shooting. It is confirmed that Arroyo did not live at the location of the incident.
This marks the 20th homicide in Saginaw this year due to gun violence. So far, there have been 22 fatalities in total, with 21 males and one female among the victims. The victims’ ages range from 15 to 62. In comparison, 2023 saw 14 homicides, including ten gun-related deaths.
