Authorities have identified 34-year-old Donta Evans, of Dillon, as the victim of a deadly motorcycle collision on Tuesday. The crash occurred around 6:26 p.m. on Old Ebenezer Road, near the intersection of Dunwoody Court, according to Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley and Master Trooper William Bennett with South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Evans was riding a motorcycle northbound when it collided with a 2014 Nissan traveling south. Further details about the circumstances of the collision have not been released, and the incident remains under investigation.
