Fatal south Charlotte shooting death of Lashunda Shmicka McLendon – Obituary
Lashunda Shmicka McLendon, 42, was fatally shot Friday morning at an apartment complex in south Charlotte.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers responded to reports of gunfire near the intersection of High Meadow and Archdale Drive shortly after 10 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered McLendon had been shot and was already deceased.
Authorities have not disclosed whether a suspect has been identified, and no arrests have been reported at this time.
