The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Gabriel Rosario Cortez, who was found dead Thursday night, December 12, 2024, in the 10100 block of Chesham Drive. Deputies responded to the scene around 10:30 p.m. and discovered Cortez’s body.
