Fatal Neptune Township pedestrian accident death of Bridget Mobley – Obituary
On Tuesday evening, December 12, 2024, 70-year-old Bridget Mobley of Asbury Park was struck by a westbound van on Route 66 in Neptune Township. The collision occurred around 7:35 p.m. when Mobley and another man were hit by the vehicle. While the man suffered only minor injuries, Mobley later succumbed to her wounds at a nearby hospital.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that the driver of the van has not been charged, and the incident remains under investigation.
