Jose Louis Malvais Sanchez, 52, tragically lost his life in a crash on Interstate 80 near Aurora, Nebraska. The incident occurred on Monday evening around 7 p.m. as Sanchez was driving his Toyota Corolla westbound. According to authorities, he failed to slow down and rear-ended a semi truck that had slowed due to a traffic backup.
The collision led to Sanchez’s death at the scene. Investigators have confirmed that the crash happened approximately two miles east of Aurora, and the cause is still under review.
